Who we are
JSS Digital (61/11 Regal Place, East Perth WA 6004) provides digital marketing, website and automation services to Australian businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form, book a call or subscribe to our emails, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything you tell us about your business. Our website also collects standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) to help us improve it.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare for strategy calls, deliver services you engage us for, and — if you've opted in — send you occasional marketing emails. We never sell, rent or trade your details. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run our business: our form-processing provider (Formspree), booking and CRM platform, and email service. Each is bound by its own privacy obligations. We do not disclose your information overseas except where those providers store data in secure overseas facilities.
Storage and security
Your details are stored in access-controlled systems. We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
Access and correction
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jsidhu@jssdigital.com.au and we'll action it within a few business days.
