Results and case studies
Figures quoted on this site (lead increases, ranking results, turnaround times) reflect real outcomes from specific client engagements. They demonstrate what's possible, not a promise of identical results — every market, budget and starting point is different. What we do promise is covered by our 60-day results guarantee, which is agreed in writing with each client before work begins.
The 60-day guarantee
For ongoing engagements, we agree measurable targets with you before starting. If we haven't hit the agreed measure of progress within 60 days, we continue working at no charge until we do. The specific metric, baseline and measurement method are defined in your proposal — that written agreement is the authoritative version.
Intellectual property
Content on this website belongs to JSS Digital. Work we build for clients — websites, campaigns, automations, data — belongs to the client, as set out in each proposal. You may not scrape, republish or resell content from this site without permission.
Service engagements
Individual proposals and service agreements govern client work and take precedence over these website terms. Ongoing engagements run month to month with no lock-in; either party can end an engagement with written notice per the proposal.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, which these terms don't exclude), we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection legislation.
